Change of mind or dislike of a fragrance is not a valid reason for return.

Customers cannot reject a product for its scent without opening it. Opening the product to test the fragrance makes it ineligible for return under our hygiene policy.

We include samples with every paid order so that you can try the scents before committing to full-size products.

- All opened or used products are final sale and non-returnable / non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes:
  - Shaving soap, aftershave, EDP/parfum (any item where the lid/cap has been removed or the product tested/applied)
  - Shaving brushes (once bristles have been wetted or used)
  - Razors(once removed from packaging or showing signs of use)
  - Blades (any pack where the seal has been broken or blades removed)

- Completely unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.  
  We will offer either a full refund (minus original outbound shipping) or store credit at our discretion.  
  - You are fully responsible for return shipping costs (we do not provide prepaid return labels).  
  - Items must be returned in perfect, original manufacturer condition with all original packaging intact.  
  - Outer gift wrapping paper does not count as original packaging.  
  - We will carefully inspect every return. Any evidence of opening or use will result in the item being treated as used and ineligible for refund or store credit.

No refunds or store credit will be issued for returns based on personal preference or dislike of a scent/brush/razor once any product has been opened or used.

Exceptions  
Only faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items qualify for a full cash refund or replacement. Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Only completely unopened and unused items (in original manufacturer packaging — gift wrapping does not count) may be returned within 14 days. We offer either a full refund (minus original shipping) or store credit at our discretion. You are responsible for return shipping.
