UK SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days and all orders are sent with Royal Mail. Orders placed before 2pm Tues - Fri will usually be sent out same day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Bank Holiday will usually be sent out on the Tuesday. Our standard shipping options are:

Free UK delivery on orders over £50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)Our packing supplies are boxes, envelopes, tissue paper and packing paper. We reuse packaging where possible to reduce our impact on the environment. We do not make profit from our P&P, all prices are based on current Royal Mail guidelines.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. All international orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked. Please be aware that orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes when they arrive, depending on your country of residency. 

Any questions about shipping orders internationally do get in touch at sales@mmgp.shop. Similarly if you don't find the option to purchase items deliverable to your country then please email us directly and we will try and identify a solution.

Please note: We accept no responsibility or liability for orders impounded by local customs authorities due to the non-payment of local import taxes. If the package is returned to us, we will deduct the cost of return postage plus any import charges applied from the value of your refund. Similarly if your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address you will need to cover the replacement postage for your package to be re-sent to the correct address. 

European Tax and Customs Duty Information

To all our European customers, MMGP is IOSS registered.

That means our E.U. customers will pay no additional duty charges when receiving any order under the value of €150/£128*.

The price you see on our website is the all you need to pay, along with the requisite shipping charge for your country.

VAT will automatically be applied and charged at checkout on the website. MMGP will pay VAT directly to the E.U. through our IOSS registration.

As we are IOSS registered there will be no import duty added to any E.U. destined order below the value of €150/£128*. This means that there should be no delays over tax collection when your order arrives at the country of destination.

If you order value is over the €150/£130* threshold, VAT will be deducted at checkout and you will be charged import duty when the parcel arrives at the customs zone in your country of destination. We recommend you check with your local customs office for country specific advice on tax matters.
